Website care plans.
Start with the audit.
Most WordPress sites break the same way.
Nobody touches the site for a year. An update finally runs on its own. A page stops loading on a Tuesday morning, and nobody knows where the backups live or who has the hosting login.
Nobody did anything wrong. There was no plan for month thirteen.
Same work every month, same price every month, and you always know what got done.
What WordPress website maintenance covers.
Maintenance is the work of keeping your website running after it launches. It is not a redesign, and it is not new features. It is the ordinary upkeep that stops a working site from slowly turning into a broken one.
WordPress puts out a security update every few weeks. Your theme gets updates too, and so do your plugins. Most small business sites run ten or twelve plugins, and every one of them updates on its own schedule.
Most of those updates install without you noticing a thing. Every so often, one of them changes how a page looks, or stops a contact form from sending.
So I run every update on a copy of your site first. If something breaks on the copy, I fix it there. Your live site never sees the problem. I also keep a backup from before the update ran, so there is always a way back.
You get all of this every month, for the same price every month. I do this for small businesses across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert, and for clients outside Arizona too.
If you need the site built as well as looked after, the WordPress developer in Phoenix doing the building is the same person.
What happens every month.
Updates, tested first
WordPress core, your theme, and every plugin, run on a copy of your site before they touch the live one.
Backups
Kept at your host, and I handle the restore when something goes wrong.
Security scanning
Your files get checked for malware, and the firewall blocks automated attacks before they reach the site.
Uptime monitoring
So I hear about an outage before you do.
A monthly report
Every update, backup and scan that ran on your site, emailed to you the first week of the month.
Hosting, included
Move your site over and there's no separate hosting bill. Stay where you are and I deal with your host instead.

Do you need a care plan?
Not everyone does, and it is worth saying before you spend $99 a month.
You probably do if your site brings you leads or sales, if it runs a store, if you have more than about ten plugins, or if nobody has touched it in over a year and you are not sure who has the logins.
You probably do not if your site is a single page with your phone number that has not changed since 2021, or if it is a placeholder while you decide what the business is. Sitting on that for another six months is a fine answer. I will tell you that on the audit call rather than after you sign up.
A WordPress care plan is insurance plus maintenance. Like insurance, most months nothing happens and it feels like money for nothing. The month something does happen is the month it pays for itself, and you do not get to pick which month that is.
A plan, or a one-time fix?
Some people want a phone number, not a subscription.
I take one-time jobs. A broken form, a failed update, a site that went down after a plugin change. You pay for the fix and you are not on a plan afterward unless you want to be.
The honest difference. On a plan, problems get caught by monitoring before you notice them, and the monthly cost is fixed. Off a plan, you find the problem yourself, usually at the worst time, and emergency work runs $150 to $200 an hour. Neither is wrong. The plan is cheaper if something goes wrong more than about twice a year.
If you are not sure which you need, start with the free audit and decide after.
Three steps, about a week.
Send me your URL
Takes you thirty seconds.
A video back
Walking through what I found. Free, no sales call attached. Most people fix a thing or two themselves from it.
Onboarding
I go through your hosting, domain, and dashboard. Then we decide together if a free migration makes sense.
What a care plan does not fix
A bad host
If your site sits on oversold shared hosting, monthly care makes it a well maintained slow site. I will tell you before you sign up, not after.
Your rankings
I do not promise positions or traffic numbers nobody controls. SEO review on Growth Care means I look at your pages and tell you what to change.
A site built on an abandoned theme
Sometimes the honest answer is a rebuild, and I will say so even when saying so costs me the work.
Custom development
New features get quoted separately. They do not come out of your monthly hours.
FAQs.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month. Email me and it stops at the end of the billing period.
Do you work on sites you did not build?
Most of my care clients came to me with a site someone else built and abandoned. It is the normal case, not the exception.
What if I already have hosting I like?
You are welcome to keep it. Hosting is included on every plan, and if you would rather stay with the host you have, the price stays the same. I work with your host instead of moving you.
Do content edits carry over if I do not use them?
No, they do not carry over. Business Care includes one hour of content edits a month on top of the updates, security, hosting and monitoring, and Growth Care includes two.
Do you work outside Phoenix?
I serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Ahwatukee, Anthem, New River, and Queen Creek. Clients outside the Valley are welcome. Website care travels fine.
Who does the work?
You work with me directly, start to finish.
Some jobs need outside help, an accessibility tester or a developer for something custom. I bring that person in and manage them, and you stay pointed at one contact.
Is the migration free?
For most sites, yes. Up to about 20 pages I move it as part of onboarding at no charge. Stores with a lot of products take longer, so I'll look first and give you a number before anything moves.
What is the difference between hosting and a care plan?
Hosting is the server your site sits on. A care plan is the work done to the site itself. Some hosts advertise managed WordPress and mean automatic updates with nobody checking whether the update broke anything. Hosting is included in every plan here, so you are not paying two companies.
What counts as a monthly content edit?
Swapping photos, updating hours or prices, adding a staff bio, publishing a post you wrote, changing text on a page. Small changes get done in a day or two on Business Care. New pages and new features get quoted separately, so a plan never turns into a surprise invoice.
How quickly do you respond?
Monitoring runs around the clock, so an outage gets logged the moment it happens. Weekdays you hear back the same day. Nights and weekends, if I am available I will take a look, otherwise it is first thing the next business day.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, either direction, at the start of any billing period. Most clients start on Essential Care and move up when the site starts doing more work.
